Nana turned 98

Hi everyone,

This weekend just gone my DH's Nana turned 98. Yes that is right 98. She still lives at home with one of her darling daughters, and yes you can still have a conversation with her. I made her a lovely card but forgot to photograph it. So I have made it again with slight different colours. It is almost a direct CASE from the IB&C. This card is also one of the cards in my Stamp A Stack class next month. I still have vacancies so contact me to reserve your place.

I love Fifth Avenue Floral and you will see a few more cards and projects using this set.

The Rose has been stamped on a scrap of Very Vanilla and then cut out and popped up on dimensionals.

Materials Used: (All Stampin' Up!)
Stamps: Fifth Avenue Floral
Card: Rose Red, Old Olive, Very Vanilla
Ink: Rose Red, Old Olive, Elegant Eggplant.
Other: Dimensionals.

Here is another card that is in the Stamp A Stack.

Once again I have cut the Rose out and popped it onto dimensionals.

I am slowly mastering the art of tying the perfect bow thanks to the brilliant Teneale Williams. Check out her video here on how she ties her perfect bows.

Materials Used: (All Stampin' Up!)
Stamps: Fifth Avenue Floral, Best Yet (Level 1 Hostess)
Card: Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive, Very Vanilla
Ink: Elegant Eggplant.
Other: Very Vanilla Taffeta Ribbon, Clear Rhinestone Brad, Large Oval Punch, Scallop Oval Punch, Dimensionals.

The other cards in the Stamp A Stack will remain a secret until April 1st as they are using stamp sets out of the new Autumn/Winter mini Catalogue.

'Til next time,
Juliette
