Day Six of my Countdown to Christmas

Hi everyone,

Wow I have just realised that I have made it to my 200th post. In order to celebrate I have decided to give away the item on my countdown today. All you have to do to be in the running is to leave me a comment at the end of this post. Only comments posted by Friday 10th December will be in the running and unfortunately it is only open to Australian Residents.

I have seen a few Tea Light holders around - mainly from the US as they have had this die for a while. I decided I would have a go at it. I have to say I am amazed at what the Big Shot is capable of doing. I love my Big Shot...

This has been cut out of aluminium sheeting using the Flower Folds Bigz XL Die. I have then run a couple of the flowers through the Big Shot again with the Petals A Plenty embossing folder.

Here is a top view.

Here is another one that I haven't embossed in a Cherry Cobbler box. Perfect for gift giving.
I have feeling that these little beauties will make it onto the Christmas table this year.

If you are wondering how I stuck the flowers together then I have to say I love Glue Dots for this!!!

Thanks for looking.

'Til next time

Juliette

Wow! I knew the bigshot was amazing, but didn't realise it could do this....! I have to get that die and some aluminium sheeting before Christmas! Make an awesome present for my housemates family, who I am spending Christmas with this year!!
Thanks for the wonderful idea!

I like them both but especially the embossed one. I don't own either the die or that embossing folder, but now I "need" them :)

Wow!!!! I would never have thought of something like this using the Bigshot. It is a brilliant idea and a stunning candle holder.
